      Pros

      Opportunity, very knowledgeable people, travel, work from home, get to meet some great shop owners

      Cons

      Lack of support during Covid, may be better now that travel is back open Always changing or adding new software for documentation causing duplicate work Ironically training lacked process familiarization. Reports were required for certain things I was never made aware of until someone noticed they were missing.

      Toxic Communication Style Unclear Decision making Narcissist Dominant Environment Hostile manager-employee relationship Very few people who actually were proficient about what they do Zero felexibility on ideas and deprecated management system with almost no new product release in 5-7 years
