      Pros

      Upper management is super intelligent and genuinely care about their employees and customers. They pay well and take action when a department may need additional attention.

      Cons

      None really, for me personally I wanted a more exciting and risky day to day job to try out. CCC was great and I literally have no complaints, I just wanted something completely different.

      Toxic Communication Style Unclear Decision making Narcissist Dominant Environment Hostile manager-employee relationship Very few people who actually were proficient about what they do Zero felexibility on ideas and deprecated management system with almost no new product release in 5-7 years
