      Pros

      I wake up in the morning excited to go to work at CCB because of my students and my coworkers. CCB offers programs from K-12, so many students and their siblings have attended CCB for years. Teachers and studnts are able to develop lasting and meaningful relationships that can and often do extend beyond one school year/semester.

      Cons

      There is always a lot of work to be done, but the cooperative environment of CCB helps a lot because my coworkers are always willing to lend an extra hand.

      Pros

      The children were amazing and the other teachers were amazing. Sometimes working with the boss was a little difficult depending on whether he liked you or not.

      Cons

      There was not very much teacher support for newer teachers.

      Pros

      employees are friendly, kids are pleasant. if you enjoy teaching, this can be a great fit. an especially great fit if you are starting out and want to test out if teaching is for you.

      Cons

      work can be overwhelming at times. some of the requirements of the job can be demanding, and the office work piece is run more like a corporation than a school.
