Awesome job working with technology in the communications industry. Custom is a growing company with opportunity for advancement. Store hours make it easy to find a work/home balance on most days, of course that will vary in a sales industry. Custom pays sales reps a fair wage with base pay plus commission on everything that you sell. Custom is one of the better indirect dealers to work for in this industry.
Cons
Very high pressure for sales! Too many metrics to hit! There are so many products that At&t sells, and the expectation is to sell everyone of them to every customer. 'Accountability processes' and biweekly action plans create a negative experience leaving employees feeling job scared and unstable.
