      Most of my co-workers are nice people.

      Cons

      CBX has a very messy and chaotic work environment. The leadership lacks direction, and the leaders themselves are uncoordinated. The whole leadership is a mess, and it manifests in the terrible communication with the employees. Everything about CBX is chaotic, and I don't trust a leadership that can't even organize itself.

      Pros

      Not only is CBX a great place for Creative opportunities, but a company where my voice is heard and where there is an excellent career growth path. The staff is highly collaborative and the culture is very positive / fun.

      None, really. Only a positive experience.
