Pros

Good pay Relaxed hours (if you're salary only)

Cons

Terrible management, hourly workers have to pull 60 hour weeks at times. Departments don't work together. Workers are not given reviews but once a year, if they aren't happy with you they will NOT say a word to you about it until they choose to fire you. Communication and feedback from management about your career progress or issues is non-existent

Pros

Flexibility with Schedule, positive feed back is given when you do a good job, co-workers/supervisors respect my role in the company and are supportive. I have noticed that supervisors invest in their teams and do their best to promote from within whenever possible.

Cons

It would be helpful if there were more company wide meetings that regularly shared information, news, goals, etc...

Pros

The only thing that made it worthwhile showing up everyday was some of the people I worked with.

Cons

Very poor work-life balance. There is a lot of favoritism in certain departments. There are also some departments where you can't even get a pat on the back if you do a good job, let alone a raise. Most people work 50 Plus hours in assembly, because it is mandatory. Fab department is overworked and underappreciated, and they won't hesitate to get rid of you for the slightest reason. They can't keep an HR person in house for more than a few months, and they go running. No 401K match, and you're changing benefits carriers yearly. There are some service personnel I wouldn't trust any farther than I could throw them. Training is minimal if any, learn on the Fly, but don't fail or you could be gone tomorrow. Middle management is nothing but "yes men" that won't back up they're people. My recommendation, if you get a job there, don't stop looking for something better. It won't be hard to find.
