The job is close to home.
Cons
5-7 days a week, 10-14 hrs a day. No type of preventative maintenance. Only fix things until they are totally broken. Dust collector/ventilation system hasn't worked in years. So there's always a ton of iron and aluminum dust in the air and on the ground. They expect a lot for a litte. I know 7 positions and been there over a year and haven't gotten a single raise. Making 10/h where i should be making at least 16 if not more. I do everything the most efficient way possible and do whatever I can to make everyone else's jobs easier and yet all management does is point out my rare flaws.
