Everyone is very passionate and dedicated about their work. Even though everyone has a very busy, demanding schedule, they are more than willing to help you learn during your internship.
Cons
While there, they want you to experience every aspect of being in the industry. So overall, I don't have any cons. I learned and grew in every area from production to field reporting.
