There is a high turnover rate so you may be able to "move up"/ change titles faster than expected.
Cons
Managers do not provide opportunity for creative growth or innovation. Aside from a toxic environment, the low pay does not help in maintaing morale. You are golden until you are asked your thoughts on a situation. If you answer honestly and it's not what management wants to hear, you no longer hold as much value. We value you means we are going to continuously ask you to add more to your plate but not compensate you for it.
