The benefits for a student are not bad. You get a really basic salary of 6 thousand Mexican pesos per month which is helpful for your student expenses. They believe in interns and they allow you to work on real projects. Full times only get medical insurance and a gym, the office is small but good for a startup.

The owner has some favourite people at the company. Everyone does a different salary and I find the differences are big. They pay way less than the industry suggests. Start salary for recent grads was 14 thousand MXN per month. They let you go without even fighting for your talent when you got good offers from other companies. I heard that when the pandemic started the CEO didn't wanted employees to work from home at the beginning and that they had to fire all the interns (part time) temporary, its understandable but I think that measure was too extreme, a great company sould have an emergency budget to prevent this.

Excelent work environment, the pay a lot of attention into having their employees happy.
