      Tenured employees feels stuck since there are no career advancement for them It took awhile, years, for employees to have pay increases Some superiors playing favorites Uncompetitive salary Attitude of unprofessionalism of some, those that are favorites of their immediate boss

      Amazing CEO, supportive COO, good ministry opportunities, friendly people, leadership tries their best to provide excellent benefits, family culture

      Some people with unkind behavior are being promoted as leaders, which is affecting the company culture in a significant way and discouraging employees. In some departments, there is a shift towards personal accomplishments rather than focusing on service and ministry impact.

      Pros

      Working at CBN Asia is a blessing to me. Aside from working with fellow believers in Christ, I am also privileged to minister to the next generation of young people through the projects that I'm doing now.

      Cons

      The work place from my home is about 3+ hours of travel. With the traffic nowadays, you're already stressed just before you arrive at the office.
