Some people with unkind behavior are being promoted as leaders, which is affecting the company culture in a significant way and discouraging employees. In some departments, there is a shift towards personal accomplishments rather than focusing on service and ministry impact.

Working at CBN Asia is a blessing to me. Aside from working with fellow believers in Christ, I am also privileged to minister to the next generation of young people through the projects that I'm doing now.

The work place from my home is about 3+ hours of travel. With the traffic nowadays, you're already stressed just before you arrive at the office.
