      NONE, it is the worst company I have EVER worked for

      Cons

      They over charge the clients and short them on product. After bringing these things to light I was fired. Retaliation is illegal and companies should be held accountable. I've been in foodservice for over 30 plus years and never have I seen such wrong doing by a company!!

      Pros

      There is plenty about this job that will challenge a person. There is seldom a bored day, as the jail environment is always full of twists and surprises! The management is fair, competent, and typically stand behind their employees in a difficult environment.

      Cons

      Jails are run by politicians, and full of law enforcement personnel. This creates a unique work environment that is NOT FOR EVERYONE. There is constant drama, and not just from inmates. This wears a person out over time.
