very poor experience - Account Executive CBM Employee Review

Flex hours, time off if needed, rewarding job.

The executive director does not relay information well. He notifies people after making decisions instead of weighing options as a team.

You may be able to build on skills. ............................................................................. I can't really think of any pros working for them other than having a paycheck.

No real growth! They are quick to issue out disciplinary actions based on here say and lack of Management but VERY slow with performance reviews.
