Pros
I wored for Cbiz Mmp for almost a year when they were split into different hospitals it was great because you only had to deal with one hospital instead of 10-14. IT was quick to fix or help with any issues that came up. Management was able to help fix issues in the same day instead of 3days to a week.
Cons
The productions is a insanely ridiculous amount, management isnt able to help or answer questions because of them grouping hospitals in between 2 managers. Also the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Also they are big on outsourcing their biggest accounts like medicare, medicaid, ect to India. And surprise India is doing nothing but adding more work on the reps in state because they dont know what they are doing. Also the change of atmostphere has changed as well. Because to production is so high you have no chance to getting up to either get a stretch or to ask a coworker a question.
