      The good things we do to help those in need

      CBI pays the new hires more than they pay the people that have worked there for years. CBI does not value their employees at all CBI wants you to work for next to nothing. They are very unfair and with CBI its who you know, they are a clique who put all their friends in higher places.

      Advancement opportunities if willing to consider shifting roles vertically and horizontally

      Can be extremely long hours if you don’t protect your schedule beyond what you are hired for.
