Pros
At first... they can seem great. They offer great opportunity and set high expectations however they do not hold to their word.
Cons
They take advantage of your life experiences, pretending to care about you as a human, and then try to use said events against you. They are very nosy in your personal life which makes it even worse. They don't follow legal policies. The managers are hot heads and have no clue what they are doing. Very poor pay and do not give fair treatment to all employees allowing some to work from home and others not. The managers pretend to be busy while giving all the grunt work to the "lower" people while taking the credit for all the good that's done and finger pointing when things done get completed. It's a joke. Lots of empty promises.
