Not a place I would recommend - Recruiting Progrm Manager CBD BioCare Employee Review

Owner's focus is all over the place. I had two jobs in two months with no experience or qualifications for the first. They were fully aware of this. I was then given less than a month in the second position to completely overhaul the process. I doubled the results over the Christmas and New Years holiday period and was told that wasn't satisfactory. I feel I was brought in to install a sytem for recruiting sales reps and then was let go when I got it in place and working well.
