CBC Group is one of the biggest company in israel (Coca cola Israel Tara and many more) the company is great

in the system team there is a problem with one of the team mates. he keeps hauging all of the Techoligy responsibilites and doesnt let any other team mate to contriubute. the team mate is has a lot of power and if you are not on his good side then you will probably will get fiered. working in the team in general: because the IT Management has no power on the business all the maintanance jobs are being held on friday 16:00 until sat 19:00 making it hard to have a famaliy - work balance - during the time i worked there it has happend that i worked 6 days a week or 4 friday/sat out of 4/5 weeks. summary: i would not recommend anyone i know to work at this system team.
