Junior Data Analyst - Junior Data Analyst CB4 Employee Review

I came to CB4 with around 1 year of experience as a BDR/SDR. After 12 months of hard work and results, leadership approached me about which next roles were most appropriate moving forward. I took the less common (and scarier?!) route of jumping straight into Success. It's been a great journey, and they've supported me at every step along the way.

Typical start-up challenges that I wouldn't post as cons! We are all wearing many hats and working on lots of projects at breakneck speed!

You have a lot of autonomy, people listen, and because we're a young start up you get to try a lot of new things and extend your responsibilities a little further than you may have somewhere else. We have grown a lot over the last year or so, and it really shows in the office, the environment, and in the culture. We have incredible benefits and a great team dynamic. I'm impressed that such a young company was able to build such a team so quickly. I honestly love coming in to work, which on its own is a lot more than a lot of my friends at other companies can say. If you're interested in AI, retail, start up culture, or want to make a name for yourself and forge a new path, it's a pretty spectacular place to be.

With a start up comes a lot of responsibility, and there are definitely some crunch times across all the teams. It's not really a con-just setting expectations there. I think some people might be intimidated by the amount of responsibility there is, and how you have to learn new tasks, but I really view it as an asset. Once again, just some expectation setting.
