      -Creative and grounded associates - Fun Corporate Culture (does not trickle down to store level) -Inspiring store and Furniture

      Cons

      -Lack of responsibility and support from Corporate level - some neglectful management -Unsupported BURNOUT -Heavy Customer Service issues out of store’s hands -Poor Work/Life balance expectations -Minimal opportunity for growth
