No news is good news. I would go months not hearing anything from the company. Work life balance entirely up to client.

Paid less than what other companies are offering now. You have to reach out to them. For any big news or any uncertainty on the client side. They didn’t seem in the know. A lot of times we would inform them and it was a strange dynamic. Messed up my pay more than once. Check your pay stubs.

Overall, the experience was okay...the salary was fair...the work was easy

Management and the client couldn't seem to see eye to eye, which in turn came down to how we (the employee) were treated. Comes with the territory of the contract world
