- Management are extremely knowledgable and approachable. - Recent on-boarding and changes in company culture made a positive impact on the office environment and the social aspect of working here. The new lounge area is great and the introduction of an activities committee is really driving the company in a good direction. - Treated fairly and plenty of opportunities for those who are willing to work hard. - Office is very easy to access by public transport. - I was given a fairly large amount of responsibility and this meant I learnt a great deal in a short space of time and I felt like a valued member of the team. - I was treated with respect and the company looked after me very well.

- I would have liked more support during my time at the company but this is very specific to being an intern with no experience of the role and with it being a small company, it is slightly more difficult to dedicate a lot of time to a new starter. (This is something the company is aware of and actively working towards to ensure that they improve on-boarding and training.) - Communication and distribution of work wasn't always as fluent as it could have been.

Lots of opportunity. Flexible hours so long as you can be flexible and do extra when your desk is busy. Decent salary and benefits. The senior team are very strong and really know their stuff - if you work hard and make an effort they will take the time to teach and learn. Nice office building

Management are on you consistently in terms of billable time and efficiency They do VERY detailed reviews - they check everything ! Probably too customer oriented - deadlines are hard to achieve
