      I work with very talented and driven recruiters and am giving the flexibility to drive my career goals while still having family time and personal time.

      I can't think of any. I really love my job, my team and this industry.

      Pros

      I work with the best team, for the best company. I have all the autonomy I want but I also have support when I need it. I work with the best in the business and after over a decade in the industry, I still learn from the people around me.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Our Denver crew is in office 4 days a week but for me I prefer to be in office. It helps build a stronger culture.
