Pros

Had a lot of autonomy and was able to make significant improvements while I was there so left there with a good feeling of accomplishment. My direct supervisor was very good to me and was the main reason I stayed as long as I did but most of the other employees were very two faced.

Cons

Toxic environment of a lot of back-stabbing women. Management is not open to criticism and runs their business more on feelings than on hard driven data. The CEO is NOT like this and was very data driven. The company has a very archaic way of doing things that can be streamlined and overcomplicates simple things. Also, you can be sitting in numerous meetings for countless hours and everyone will agree on something and then tomorrow, it can all change with no explanation.

Pros

The staff was very supportive, the pay was fair for my age, and there were perks such as great discounts on clothes and getting to go to the Cabi house parties to see the new collections

Cons

Working at an outlet mall was not ideal

Pros

Culture used to be good. People used to be good.

Cons

1. Very few individuals hold decision-making power, which limits growth and prevents others from progressing. 2. When one team member advances while others remain at the same salary and title despite similar contributions, it creates a biased and unfair environment. 3. Employees are expected to work hard without clear career growth or advancement opportunities. 4. Compensation is below market standards compared to similar roles in other companies. 5. Senior management appears to prioritize personal financial gain by favoring preferred contractors, particularly within IT. 6. Managers treat employees differently based on race, which is deeply concerning and unacceptable. Overall, the company feels unstable, with leadership focused on personal gain rather than long-term sustainability. Prospective employees should be cautious before joining.
