I have had many opportunities to grow and learn during my time at CAWC. I’ve gotten the opportunity to provide training for staff, participate in the hiring and training for new counselors, and learn how to write reports for grants. This experience has molded and shaped my career and helped me to commit to continued work within the field. I plan to return to school to continue my education, and I hope to move into a clinical role within the agency in the future.
