Tries to be something it's not - Anonymous employee CAVU Employee Review

The company sells itself to be a forward thinking, innovative environment with flexibility and empathy for employees. I found this not to be the case unfortunately. My experience was micro-management and pressure to work overtime at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't work here again. Most of the management work all hours of the day and weekends which doesn't make a very good impression for staff who are wanting to progress. I didn't feel excited about progression when considering a promotion would mean more stress, hours and a terrible work life balance.
