One free meal per shift and friendly staff.

Cons

Hard to move up. No matter how many good customer reviews or how well you do your job, raises are taboo and you only receive a thank you card with a few dollars in it.

company pays for servsafe certification, accumulate PTO as a Team Lead or higher. 40 hour sick leave for regular team members.

Cons

It can get overwhelming and management can be overworked.
