Pros

None. They game you into thinking that they care about you, but they treat you like crap once you start working there. Never start working there. Just leave. It’s better for your mental health. Trust me. Turnover is very high for a reason.

Cons

Never gave me breaks. Worked me without breaks. Hardly ever put me on grill. Horrible training for grill, prep, & dish. The treatment from management and from other staff was not good. The company should make every single worker do dish, but it doesn’t. That’s not ok. I don’t believe in favoritism especially at the entry level. Also, I don’t think our names or name tags should be required. It’s weird. The company runs people out. Lies about promotions, skills, & career. This is mostly a job no one wants. Both grill cook and dish were undesirable. I only prepped a handful of times, but obviously the pay wasn’t reflecting all the additional responbilities.
