Pros
Your coworkers are smart, talented, and funny. It's a small team so your feedback and opinions carry a lot of weight. We've also been under completely new management since the end of last year. I can't stress how much of a game-changer that was. It's really turned things around and boosted morale for everyone in the office. Oh, and we've also got a sweet new office.
Cons
Like any small company, you sometimes have to wear multiple hats, so to speak. This can sometimes be challenging if you prefer to stick more with what you already know you do well.
