I have worked for CATCH Intelligence for over 7 years. I was attracted to CATCH because of the reputation of the President/CEO of being full of integrity who values his employees and their families and puts an emphasis on supporting our community. I can assure you his reputation is tried and true. I have been supported, my skills nurtured, and because of my dedication and ability to take positive coaching I have been awarded the opportunity to advance my career by 3 positions throughout my tenure. The leadership team definitely works hard to protect the culture which is based on the core values and success traits the President / CEO believes are important for success. Integrity in everything you do, delight those you serve, be accountable for results, treat others with respect, and ask for what you need and ask others what they need are just an example of CATCH's core values - and believe me if these resonate with you it is easy to be successful at this company. We are passionate about our goals, and we have a lot of fun celebrating our achievements. The VP of Organizational Development is constantly creating and implementing various very impactful leadership and team building programs that has resulted in strong camaraderie amongst the employees. CATCH Intelligence is a place to learn and grow and establish friendships amongst teammates and achieve both personal and professional goals.
Cons
The only thing I have to say in this area is that it is very disappointing to see false and negative reviews written by former employees who either resigned or were let go because they were not a fit for the position they were hired for. This is not a platform for slander.
