In terms of actions taken by Catalis - we have our company-wide Town Hall where we recognize individual contributions; we have shout outs on Paylocity for peers to recognize each other and we have our vertical quarterly Town Halls as well. We also provide spot bonuses to employees who go above and beyond and we award Catalis Closet Bucks on work anniversaries and other occasions. We have rolled out our Udemy learning platform, providing every employee with a free license to learn and develop and we have been working on career ladders and pathways to share across all of the verticals.
