Really easy to work with Richard or Taylor, both are very knowledgeable on the industry and the products they manufacture. Always open to ideas or suggestions. Very much a work environment where no one is looking over your shoulder asking you every 5 min what you are doing. A self driven atmosphere, either you know how to work or you don't work.

There is a lot and I mean a lot to learn about textiles and fabric finishing, hems, thread counts, the different grades of cotton and processes you can do to the raw goods to improve its performance and life span for the customer. If you are not familiar with textiles or linens in general and want to apply for a position at castello, I would do some research before applying, it would only benefit you if you land a job.

The only Pro is I got out quickly. I called some previous employees and we compared stories! Frightening to see how all of our stories are similar. This Company works you like a dog, dangling a carat in front of you. Right when you produce a nice pipeline (for them to pounce on after you are gone) they fail to give the commission you are promised. They also steal accounts from you. So they don’t have to pay commission. They start working directly with your accounts behind your back and tell you not to worry about it, keep moving on. I was told there are NO benefits until I reach 1million $ in Sales. They made it sound so easy. I should have done my homework and realize this company barely does a million in Sales overall!!!

Mad at myself for letting the father and son fool me. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP! I’m so embarrassed for being scammed I am not putting them on my resume or associating myself in any way with this company
