Leadership really puts employees' security, stability, and well-being at the top of their priority list. The company also actually treats employees as people as opposed to a lot of other companies out there who treat them as a means to an end and just a number. The company provides opportunities to grow and advance your career and puts the ball in the employees' court to build their own team.
Cons
The company being somewhat spread out geographically can be a challenge especially if you like an in-office environment.
