HR terrible, and hard to get ahold of, so hopefully you don't need anything from them. Turnover is terribly high unless you're an RN. Pay scale is low. It used to make sense for working for the prestige of CARTI but now they're name isn't as credible. No work life balance. Taking off work is an act of congress.
