Pros
I truly enjoy my work in this company. There are ups and downs at times, but I have never felt that the company leaves its employees unsupported. It’s been almost 4 to 4.5 years for me here, and during this journey, I have not only enjoyed my work but also learned a lot.
Cons
There are no major shortcomings, but yes, like in any workplace, there are always a few areas for improvement. As a team, we work together to identify those and continuously try to overcome them in a positive and collaborative way.
