      Pros

      Working as a Retail Associate has helped me understand customer behaviour closely. The role gives good hands-on experience in sales and documentation. Team members are supportive and managers guide properly during difficult situations. Overall, it feels like a good platform to build confidence.

      1. Liberty to present ideas, express your opinion and follow if its for the benefit of the company 2. Manage projects on you own and be responsible for all the achievements or failure .
