The culture, benefits, and opportunities! I love my boss and my teammates. The culture is the best of the best. They are very flexible and care about work-life balance. The opportunities are there for those who wish to advance their career/resume. This is the best job I have ever had - I have never been so happy.

We are owned by a private equity company so we are subject to change quite frequently - that is part of being in tech, though. The team adapts but every few months we have new people come in and sometimes it feels like we are under a microscope. For the most part, we are not micromanaged. If you do what you're supposed to do, you have nothing to worry about. There is a big emphasis on outbound efforts.
