All decisions are made overseas. Tradeoff career progression or transferrable skills development for job security. All team members also have that job security, so no accountability and very siloed. Old thinking company. Does not have modern business systems. But they do have overly complex business systems. Company loves fire-fighting the same fire for years, rather than solving problems. No standard work processes.
