Nothing at present except that empty company is offering high salaries to fulfill empty vacant positions
Cons
1. IT analytics product company but leadership has no clue of IT or Analytics or Product Manage. I dont get it - I am confused. I dont get direction for analytics or product. Clueless and lost. 2. I am forced to clean old projects .net projects whose implementation is messed up by old developer. 3. Only pressure no future. 4. No new projects in analytics. Only empty hopes given by project mgrs. 5. My old mgrs are not there - i am feeling like a headless company. 6. Company's says it does not have money to pay salaries so removing people. Now company has become empty with no one who has knowledge to implement. Only new ppl r joining who are misfits and every body is confused. 7. Everybody is leaving the company and new ppl joining without having clue what they r gettin into. I pity new joining ppl.
