In 2016 people said that Cardtek grown %500 with fintech investments, but Cardtek has started 2018 with downsizing teams. No one takes his position seriously and giving the importance to their jobs. Weak management observation on teams. No career path to go upstairs. No promotions. Health insurance is not satisfactory, no personal development program on HR side. (Actually, there is no HR Management - unprofessional) Salaries below the average, but lunch voucher and transportation support close the salary gap in the market.

Nothing at all is good in this company

Before you start to work here, It seems a big, proffessional, inernational company with international opportunities. But you learn the reality after a while. At the beginnig, They say; We have many abroad offices. You can work in Turkey and also other countries. But, taking part in abroad projects is total slavery. You have to work ridicolusly many hours. You have to take care of yourself in other country with small budget. They dont make you feel high valueable worker, rather than this you feel like unskilled worker. And this is not just about abroad projects. Every step in this company has this kind of problems.
