Pros

Monday through Friday 8-5 most days

Cons

This is a horrible company to work for. They say you get commission but you don't. You are told 20 times a day to answer the phone and are required to hit a call goal of 80 calls a day regardless. You aren't allowed to help the customer just answer the call and end it ASAP so you can take the next call. They don't take care of their customers. Overcharge, don't get trash picked up but still require the customer to pay for service they don't get. Can't ever cancel your service, they will find a reason to bill you again or your card will be automatically charged again after you have ended service. Customers you can forget about ever getting a refund for any reason. Supervisor is absolutely horrible. She micromanages to the point on harassment and is never available to help with customers. 80 percent of callers are pissed customers because their trash wasn't picked up or they've been overcharged.

Pros

CARDS offers great pay and benefits! I cannot speak highly enough of the people that I have the privilege to work with. We work as a team; I am never disappointed on the amount of support I receive from everyone at CARDS. I feel valued for the effort I put into my position, even from the VP's and CEO. I feel seen and heard and know that every single employee at this company is valued and appreciated, CARDS is a fast-growing company and I am so proud to be a part of its growth and success!

Cons

I cannot say one negative thing about this company.

Pros

You get plenty of overtime and have decent hourly pay and benefits.

Cons

Micromanaging about everything. Finding a way to cut money going out and then try to cut hours to make bonuses look better.
