      Make good money at a job that is not very difficult while working with some really great people. CEO and upper management have a great vision for the future of the company. CARCHEX will be doing very big things in the near future.

      Cons

      "What have you done for me lately" attitude and constant turnaround on sales floor has people stressed out and regularly worried about their job security.
