      Pros

      All of the managers at CARCHEX were hired from within, lots of room for growth. You get what you work for at CARCHEX. Hard workers make a lot of money, as long as you can follow the process, follow the script. They have the process down to a T, just follow what they tell you, and CHACHING. The manager Robbie and Ronnie are both awesome. They work as a TEAM. If you work hard and follow the process, you will make lots of money here.

      Cons

      Honestly the only cons are negative employees, but that comes with any sales job or call center. Those not following the script and process are struggling to make it and make money. Keep it simple.
