Not much room to grow - Sales Representative CARCHEX Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Vehicle Protection Plan Specialist at CARCHEX. Feedback from current and former employees helps us to continually improve the employee experience and, ultimately, the service we provide to our customers. We pride ourselves on developing our team and providing growth opportunities as individuals progress in their careers. We foster growth at all levels and in all departments by allowing CARCHEX team members to move to different departments to apply their skill sets to new tasks. For example, many of our Call Screening and Customer Service Representatives have successfully transferred into Vehicle Protection Plan Specialist roles, increasing their earnings by as much as four times. In addition, team members with leadership potential receive the training and development to improve their management skills and are promoted to leadership roles within their department. All of our current sales managers, for example, were formerly Vehicle Protection Plan Specialists. These individuals demonstrated, their ability to not only sell but also to lead and develop others to be successful. Unfortunately, the timing of when someone is ready to advance and the availability of an appropriate opportunity doesn’t always coincide. While our preference is to provide a deserving team member with more responsibility, when that is not possible, we are proud when he/she is able to apply what they learned at CARCHEX to a position in another organization.
