      Pros

      Location close to highway. Clean office environment. Free snacks, nice luncheons. Pay is ok. Benefits are good with decent amount of days off per year.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership, no work life balance, unfriendly management staff, un-organized work assignments, old and outdated system. The work is extremely manual.
