1.HR function is very very poor 2.Most of the projects are carried out from client locations So feels more like a resource management company 3. Overly reliant on a single client where majority of the resources work and in not good conditions 4.Attrition rate is pretty high as of now which the company seems to be least bothered with. Many good people have already left or are leaving 5.Poor resource management and allocations 6.Kind of work highly depends on the team and the project changing which is a mammoth task in itself which many fail &.
