Pros
Out of the many many pros: 1. awesome management 2. "employee first" is their moto and they mean it! 3. great technical leads and colleagues all around you 4. work culture is the best of what I have ever heard or seen of after Google ofcourse 5. people working with you are like a family/friend, even from the director to the office boy..all are like one big family 6. learning is 10 folds of what happens in a big company. 7. About salary- no issue, good appraisals, comes on time(month-end), we get accelerated variables, etc 8.Best in Middleware technology(Oracle, Tibco, Mulesoft and others) in the world. 9.work from home allowed! 10. lot of parties at best restaurants in the city, offsite party once a year for all the employees of capiot(last was at Goa). 11.We get laptop on day 1, get paid for working on weekends, can claim food and travel if working late or onsite, etc 12. Proper process of everything. 13. Big clients and lot of projects on Pipeline!
Cons
Some of the cons: 1. The Brand is still being built as its a startup but it is growing faster than any startup could ever Grow! 2. Not much cultural activities apart from the Offsite visit once a year. one of the reasons can be that everyone is scatterted all over India, Singapore and USA!
