      Pros

      Canasta Rosa is a very promising high-growth startup with strong leadership heads and a vibrant working environment.

      Cons

      Currently (as of 2021) the startup is en a scaling staging, preparing for a series B round. Work dynamics must be very agile and people should feel OK with wearing multiple hats and roles on a daily basis. Being confortable with uncertainty is a must.

      Es de los principales marketplace mexicanos

      Cons

      Muy mala planeación/proyección financiera. Contrataron gente en primer trimestre del 2021 y en abril despidieron a una buena parte de la empresa, incluyendo a muchos que no tenían contrato de nuevo ingreso. El área de tecnología es muy inmadura: no hay procesos ni metodologías.
