Non - management staff all friendly

- lots of info given at start about company being an open supportive environment is just HR fluff - poor pay relative to same roles in other companies - little opportunity to develop within role -general feeling of discontent toward a very old fashioned upper management structure

Work is work unfortunately there are no Pros.

Wages not in line with other companies. No hotel paid for before mobbing out. No support from the beach. "Make Do Attitude From Onshore"you know who you are! NDT equipment in poor condition.
